Maker Faire

Saturday was the Gizmo Mini Makerfaire in Coeur d'Alene, ID. It was a terrific event! The set up, volunteers, and venue made it run perfectly all day. And so many people came to see all of the makers. There were painters, weavers, electricians, forestry representatives, bottle rocket engineers, fairy house crafters, leather workers, and much more. All in all, the event went fantastic, and I hope to see it organized again next year and become an annual event. My booth setup was perfect, although I had to tie my banner down so it didn't fly away! I sold all of the books I brought, and met some old and new friends. I even taught some younger dragon lovers to draw a dragon or two.

Hope to see you at my next event!

My signing at Barnes and Noble went fantastically–with record results! It was such a perfect way to end last year's events. This year, I plan to do even better: more books, more events, more success.
