Creatively producing work. Whether it’s writing, research, or art, embracing diverse ideas and new perspectives with an interdisciplinary approach is my style–and my strength.

I’ve worked at a newspaper, in freelance journalism, in a research lab, and as a teaching assistant for an advanced laboratory course on birds at my university. I’ve also written a book on anatomy, honed my photography, and designed several logos and branding packages.

Teaching fellow students about birds during Ornithology lab. It reinforced my realization that though I cherish researching and documenting nature, my favorite part of the process is sharing it with and inspiring others.
